On the 20th of October Alan from Bizworld Ireland came to the school. The children from 4th – 6th classes took part in Bizworld. It is a workshop which comes to life when members of the community act as The Dragons in the Den with the classes when they competed against each other in the BIZ Factor competition. The children learned how the business world as Directors of their company. They communicated, negotiated and developed socially responsible business. The children loved the experience and were great up against the Dragons: Joe Canning, Gemma Costello and Gerard Bruder.
